Trade Rumors:

Saints thinking of trading into top seven to get Sedrick Ellis or Glenn Dorsey.
Giants shopping Jeremy Shockey to move up in first round. Saints and Seahawks are interested in him.
Jason Taylor being shopped by the Dolphins for a first-round pick. However, he does not have the net-worth of Jared Allen, who was traded to the Vikings for a first-rounder and a pair of third-rounders. Don't expect more than that for Taylor if a deal goes through.
Expect a lot of moving down and waiving during and after the draft so that teams can save cap room for the new rookies. A good example is the Jets, who waived four players yesterday, including CB Manny Collins, to open up cap rooms.

WS, if Long is taken #2 overall, I suspect that the Falcons will take Dorsey because their head coach is a former defensive coordinator. However, with the experience they have at Defensive End (and the Depth), they will not take Long, who will then slide past the Raiders, who are favoring McFadden according to some inside sources familiar with the situation in Oakland. The Chiefs, forced to decide, will either replace Jared Allen with Chris Long or go with a OT at #5 overall. However, I think it is likely that they will address the DE need first and then go with a Tackle in the first or second round of the draft. They also have a couple of new third-rounders from the Vikings, so they may take one there as well. They have a lot of depth in terms of draft picks, so they can address a lot of needs as well.
